Method 1: Revert a successful GCash transaction to a wrong number
In this case, it’s best to contact the wrong receiver of the funds and ask for the money back. Alternatively, call or email the customer support team. If these strategies fail to work, send a ticket as demonstrated below. Though they’ll do their best, according to the company policy, only one digit must be incorrect, and the recipient must not have used or withdrawn the cash. Method 2: Recover GCash money you didn’t receive after a successful transaction

Method 3: Retrieve money debited to a GCash account you can’t take from an ATM
If the money shows in your account, but you can’t pick it up from an ATM (Automated teller machine), the ATM may not have cash on hand or a system problem occurred.
