How to Recover Zepeto Account

However, you lost your progress now, and you are looking for a method to get everything back. This may be because of simple issues like forgotten passwords, changing into a new device, or more complex issues like account deletion, hacking of account, or something else. Method 1 – Logging In to Zepeto With a QR code

Usually, you need to remember an email address and a password to log in to your Zepeto account. However, even if you forget your email address and password, Zepeto provides another option to log in to your account: the QR code. You just have to scan this QR code, and you will immediately get into your account. For this, go to your Zepeto app first. After this, you will find an option to log in with a QR code in your login menu. Click on it, scan the code, and you are now logged in to your account.

If you cannot find this option, or if the code is broken, or if this method does not work for you due to some reason, you can move on to the next possible method.

Method 2 – Recovering Zepeto Account on a New Device or Reinstalled App

Have you accidentally deleted your Zepeto game? When you install the app again, you are taken to a screen where you create a new avatar. So, where is all your game progress? What can you do to get everything you had before? Are you struggling to find answers to these questions? Don’t worry. We have got you covered! You will have probably linked your email, phone number, or other social media accounts with Zepeto. We will use all these to log in to your previous account. Here is how you do it –

1. Open your Zepeto Mobile App.
2. You will probably be signed in to your old account if your Zepeto recognizes your device. Else, you will be prompted to create a new avatar.
3. Below this segment, Zepeto asks whether you have an account already. Click on Log in next to it.
4. You will have a number of login options to access your account. You can use your email address and password, your Facebook profile, or any other method listed there to log in to your account. Whichever method you choose, enter the respective credentials and click on Log in.

That’s it. You are now logged in to your Zepeto account through the Zepeto App. If this method does not work for you, move on to the other methods given below –

Method 3 – Recover Zepeto Account Password

On account of the hundreds of passwords that we use every day, we often tend to forget our passwords to many accounts. To cope up with this issue, a lot of platforms provide a feature to recover forgotten passwords. Zepeto also has a similar feature to recover your password. Let us discuss this in detail –

1. Like any other method, open your Zepeto app first.
2. When you reach the login screen, you will see two tabs – phone number and email. Without disturbing any of those, click on I forgot the password on the far bottom of the screen.
3. From the next set of options, choose either I registered with phone number or I registered with email, whichever is applicable.
4. If you have selected I registered with phone number, you will be asked to enter your phone number on the next screen. On the other hand, you need to enter your email address.
5. After this, click on Next.
6. You will receive an OTP or a temporary password, depending upon the option you chose before.
7. Enter this temporary password on the login screen along with your email address or phone number, and click on Log In.

You are now logged in temporarily into your account. You cannot use this password to log in to your account again. If you want to access your account again, you need to change your account password. Method 4 – Changing Your Zepeto Account Password

Are you looking for a method to change your Zepeto password? Is your password too hard to remember, and do you want to change it to something easier to remember? Here is what you should do –

1. Launch the Zepeto mobile application.
2. Log in to your app with a temporary account or with a guest login. For this, click on the gems and coins section (on your top right corner). You will be asked to log in to an account.
3. From there, click on Login to the far bottom of the screen.
4. Log in with your mobile number or email address. You will receive a verification code through SMS or your email.
5. You can also click on I forgot the password. But if you have logged in to your previous account now, you can change your password later by visiting your profile, and clicking on Change my Password.

That’s it. You have now changed your Zepeto password successfully.

Method 5 – Contacting the Zepeto Support

When you have tried out all the methods mentioned above and all of these are in vain, then you can go with this method. 5. Select Account from the drop-down box.

   3. The next field holds your Zepeto game code.
   4. Next, enter your Zepeto ID. This field is optional.
