If you are sure an e-mail address was used, but you can’t find the actual e-mail to confirm it, contact the Keepsafe Customer Support team like this:

1. Compose a new message on that e-mail account.
2. In the title/subject line, enter: Is this email registered with Keepsafe?
3. For the recipient, type: [email protected]
4. Send the e-mail and wait for a response.

Tip: Send the e-mail from a device and network you accessed Keepsafe from in the past. In rare cases, by analyzing your IP address, besides telling you the e-mail doesn’t match, the team might tell you a part of an e-mail address that does. Afterward, you should be able to put the pieces together.

1. Tap the three dots icon in the upper right corner.
2. Select Account from the drop-down list.

5. Click or tap on the Verify button in the e-mail from Keepsafe.
6. If it doesn’t show up as verified right away, reopen the app.

How to log in if you can’t remember KeepSafe PIN

This is not a huge issue, as long as you have access to a verified e-mail address. Here’s how to reset your Keepsafe PIN:

1. Open Keepsafe Photo Vault.
2. On the login screen, after you enter your e-mail address, Keepsafe asks for the PIN.
3. Tap on Forgot PIN in the top right corner.
4. For security reasons, Keepsafe won’t send the e-mail right away. They typically wait for 15 minutes.
5. On the PIN Reminder screen, enter the access code you received in the Inbox, and tap on Submit.
   If it didn’t arrive, tap on Resend Code, and wait 15 minutes again.
6. You can now access the images you protected.
